Togetherall offers a completely anonymous 24/7, 365 days a year online help service for anyone who wants to talk to a trained mental health advisor or share their problems with other people in similar situations. The service is free to all IFG students and staff and the help you receive is completely unlimited.
Whether you are studying at our teaching centres or online, we understand that you can experience stress and depression. This may have different causes such as loneliness, homesickness, family relationships, worries about your studies and so on.
It’s estimated that 1/4 people will suffer with mental ill health. We also know that talking about it can be difficult. But you no longer have to struggle alone. Whether you’re dealing with a mental health issue or just feel burdened by everyday worries or concerns, Togetherall provides safe, anonymous online support 24/7.
Togetherall provides a supportive, online community to give help when you’re feeling down. Trained professionals are available 24/7, and there’s a choice of safe therapeutic services, including online self-help courses. This means anyone who may be struggling can get support at a time that suits them, from the comfort of their own home.
