Study in the Republic of Iraq
IFG’s partnership with Almasar Alarabi gives Iraqi students the opportunity to study IFG Foundation Programmes in Baghdad, Iraq before progressing to a range of undergraduate courses at high-ranking UK universities and Australia, as well as medical programmes in Europe and the Caribbean.
Almasar Alarabi is an International Education Service and Consultancy provider based in Iraq, who partners with Higher Education Institutions in the Republic of Iraq (including Kurdistan region). From September 2022 IFG programmes will be delivered at various Almasar Alarabi partner institutes. The first will be Al-Rafidain University College, Baghdad, Iraq, which will offer the IFG foundation programmes listed below from September 2022.
Al-Rafidain University College is a private Iraqi educational institution, established in 1988. The college initially focused on oral and dental medicine and surgery, pharmacy, and engineering. However, it has now increased its range of programmes to include business and humanities-related programmes and so is an ideal institution for the delivery of IFG Foundation and other programmes.
The IFG foundation courses taught at Al-Rafidain University College and future Almasar Alarabi partner institutions will replicate the courses offered in London and offer the same progression routes to leading universities as well as preparing students for the style of teaching that they will experience when they continue their education in the UK, Australia, Europe, or the Caribbean.
