If you have decided to study your Foundation Programme at IFG Abu Dhabi we understand that you may wish to continue living in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) while taking your undergraduate studies rather than moving to the UK. We have therefore developed links with UK universities who have ‘branch campuses’ in the UAE. This means thatsuccessful IFG students on our business, computer science, social sciences and engineering Foundation Programmes will be able to secure offers for UK university courses in the UAE.
UK university ‘branch campuses’ in the UAE, such as University of Birmingham, Dubai, have the same entry requirements as the UK campus, offer outstanding facilities and the same high teaching standards you would get in the UK. Plus, at the end of your course you receive a UK undergraduate degree certificate, which is recognised globally.
As with studying in the UK, accommodation is an important factor of your university experience. Branch campuses therefore offer a variety of accommodation options for you to choose from.
We will give you the same assistance that we give to students applying to UK or Australian universities and if you are studying at IFG Abu Dhabi our staff will be able to organise visits to several campuses.
